These questions focus on the nature and extent of human contribution, how human agency is available under existing copyright principles, and whether existing laws are sufficient to address raising concerns in the artistic and cultural sector.

This webinar focuses on intellectual property rights to address the knowledge gap between the speed of generative AI developments and the evolving legal landscape designed to work as a social agreement around the creative chain of value. The webinar concerns artists, researchers and professionals from the creative and cultural sector, empowering them with the fundamental knowledge and state-of-the-art discussions on copyrightability. It is also intended to raise awareness among potential policymakers across different national contexts of the work developed within the Action.
