Dear Artistic Intelligence COST Action members, Our Grant Awarding Committee is inviting you to submit your proposals for Conference Grants and Mobility Grants from April 07 May 10, 2026. We look forward to receiving your proposals! *Access all guidelines and templates at the bottom of this page.Application Period: April 07 May 10, 2026 Type of activities to be fundedShort Term Scientific Missions (STSMs):Visits to a host organisation located in a different country than the country of affiliation by a researcher or innovator for a specific work to be carried out and for a determined period of time (minimum 5 days) The financial contribution requested for STSM is limited to 2000 euros. Virtual Mobilities:Virtual exchanges among researchers or innovators supporting specific topics to help achieve the Action objectives and deliverables (research coordination) Conference Grants(see our warning about predatory conferences below) ITC Conference Grants:Funds an oral presentation of their own work within the scope of the Action by an Action Participant affiliated to a legal entity located in an Inclusiveness Target Country / Near Neighbour Country in a high-level conference fully organised by a third party, i.e. not organised nor co-organised by the COST Action. YRI Conference Grant:Funds a presentation (poster/oral presentation) of their own work by a Young Researcher and Innovator (YRI) in a high-level conference fully organised by a third party, i.e. not organised or co-organised by the COST Action. The financial contribution requested for ITC and YRI Conference Grants is limited to 1.500 euros Duration of the callApril 7 2026 – May 10 2026 Evaluation processPlease check the guidelines for further information Mobility Grants: (link to STSM guidelines – change from 3 to 5 days) Conference Grants: (upload the guidelines in our website) CriteriaThe Grant Evaluation Committee manages the evaluation in accordance with COST rules and will take into account geographical spread, career stage, and gender balance. All applications will be assessed at the same time. The Committee will also consider the scientific merit of the proposal based on the submitted abstract, taking into account the scientific scope of the conference, its relevance to the Action's aims, and how it will support the Action in achieving its research objectives.
